Return & Refund Policy

At Dembinski & Co., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at Dembinskimatt@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selections made by the customer
• Buyer's remorse
• Minor variations in color due to screen differences

If a return is approved, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
